Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase of the Starter ($20.99), Professional ($79.99) or Executive ($124.99) plan. No explanation is required, though feedback helps us improve.

Email support@nufuresume.com from the address you used at purchase, with your order reference. We acknowledge every request within two working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 working days.

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Accounts closed for breach of our Terms of Service.
• Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account.
• Human-written review services once the written review has been delivered.

You can stop using NUFU at any time. Cancelling prevents future charges; it does not automatically refund a payment already taken, which is covered by the 14-day window above.

For UK and EU consumers, this policy sits alongside your legal right to cancel a distance contract. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
