By using nufuresume.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Starter is $20.99, Professional is $79.99 and Executive is $124.99.
• Prices are in US dollars and shown exclusive of any local taxes where these apply.
• Payment is taken at purchase through our payment provider.
• We may change prices for future purchases; your current purchase is unaffected.

You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so we can display, format, generate wording and export your CV. You confirm your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

AI suggestions are drafts, not statements of fact. You must review everything before sending your CV to an employer. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or that wording will pass any particular applicant tracking system.

• Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent or misleading employment claims.
• Do not upload another person's data without their permission.
• Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer or overload the service.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but may suspend it for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will refund unused paid time where fair to do so.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
